1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes about 7 business days.

2. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most EU countries. If you're located outside the EU, contact us to explore the possibilities.

3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over 600 DKK. Orders below that are charged a flat rate of 49 DKK. International shipping costs depend on the destination.

4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you contact us within a couple of hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to change or cancel it before it ships.

5. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.


Returns & Refunds

6. What is your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Just contact us and we’ll help you with the process.

7. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re really sorry! If your order is wrong or damaged, reach out within 48 hours and we’ll fix it immediately with a replacement or refund.
