13. Can I still breathe through my mouth while wearing it?
Absolutely. The mouthguard has built-in air holes to allow easy airflow, even if you’re a mouth breather.
14. Is it comfortable to sleep with?
Most users adjust quickly within a few nights. Because it's molded to your unique bite, the fit is snug and comfortable, helping you sleep peacefully through the night.
15. Can I use it if I have braces, dentures, or missing teeth?
We don’t recommend using the mouthguard if you have braces, dentures, or loose/missing teeth. Please consult your dentist before use in such cases.
16. Does it help with sleep apnea?
This mouthguard is designed to reduce snoring and is not a medical device for treating sleep apnea. If you suspect sleep apnea, consult a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
17. How do I clean and store it?
After each use, rinse the mouthguard with cold water and brush it gently with a toothbrush. Store it in the provided ventilated case to keep it dry and hygienic.
