Returns & Refunds Policy

At HealthSolves, your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most unopened and unused items.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our wellness products, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used items

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

Gift cards and downloadable items

If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us — we’ll take care of it.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item)


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original and place a new order.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email contact@healthsolves.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address

  3. You’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect

Do not send returns without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be processed

For damaged or faulty products, please include photos in your email so we can help you faster
